As Lance Armstrong explained, the effort was in support of the Livestrong Foundation (an official sponsor of Team RadioShack) and it was intended to honor an estimated 28 Million people fighting cancer.

However, Lance Armstrong fans are likely to be sorely disappointed – as many jumped online immediately to find out where to buy an official black 28 jersey for the Livestrong Foundation, it’s not (yet) available for sale anywhere online.
